The Last Session Radio will stream a full programming during the course of the exhibition of The Last Session, from September 18th until October 18th. After this date The Last Session Radio will function as an archive. The programming for The Last Session Radio will consist of weekly radio shows, DJ-mixes, recorded live performances, soundscapes, lectures and more.
About The Session
The Session is a collective of eight designers and artists that make a thematic, interdisciplinary fanzine since September 2007. This special edition around the theme Endism is not only a publication, but also takes the form of an exhibition, a cinema and a radio station.
The Session does not work with a standard form or a recurrent theme. Per session, one of the eight artists and designers determines the theme and is responsible for editing, design and production. This time Flemish-American curator Jan Van Woensel fulfils this role. Dozens of Flemish, Dutch and international artists, designers, performers, film makers and authors contribute to The Last Session. The Session is: Tomas Adolfs, Staffan Björk, Orpheu De Jong, Matthias Kreutzer, Kalle Mattsson, Jens Schildt, Tarja Szaraniec and Monica Tormell.

I have provided artwork for Maja S.K. Ratkjes new record ”River Mouth Echoes”. Its out now on Tzadik records. Originaly it was supposed to be the cover art, but due record label politics it ended up hidden inside the jewel case ….anyway, it’s some awesome contemporary classical music, the best out of Norway and among the top of its kind. I strongly recommend you to check it out.
